We cannot be held responsible for any adverse weather or road conditions that may affect the arrival time at your destination
We cannot be held responsible for any vehicle breakdowns, however we will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle to get you to your destination ASAP
If you have not been met by your driver within 30 minutes of arrival you must contact us before arranging alternative transport. If you fail to do this then any other arrangement will be made at your own expense.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your return plans. If you come home earlier or later than the original booking date and we cannot accommodate you then no refund will be given and any other journey will be made at your own expense.
If you miss a connecting flight or your flight time is changed it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable deposit for bookings. This will be at our discretion and will mainly be applicable during busy periods.
If passengers do not arrive on the day/time/flight that has been booked with us then no refund will be given for the journey.
We reserve the right to change collection times due to unforeseen weather/road conditions.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking we will do so with as much notice as possible and a full refund will be given.
You will receive a booking confirmation from us by email once you have made a booking. It is your responsibility to check and confirm all these details are correct. If you fail to do this and you have supplied any incorrect information then we cannot be held responsible.
We cannot be held responsible for any flight delays or early arrivals on your return but will endeavour to keep your wait to a minimum.
On your return you must contact your driver when you come through to the arrivals hall and he/she will drive into the car park to collect you. We reserve the right to pass on additional car park charges if the driver is waiting for more than the 30 minutes.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for bookings that are cancelled with less than 1 weeks notice. This increases to 50% with less than 48 hours notice.
