How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance where possible, particularly for busy travel periods. For a shorter-notice journey, contact CAATS to check availability. Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice attract an extra charge.

How much luggage can I take?

Tell us your passenger numbers and the number and size of your bags, including pushchairs, golf bags or mobility equipment. We will discuss a suitable vehicle and confirm what can be accommodated. Check your airline’s baggage allowance separately, and tell CAATS if your luggage changes after booking.

How is my collection time arranged?

Agree your collection time with CAATS using your flight details, pickup address and airline’s airport arrival guidance. Allow for the road journey and possible delays, and keep your phone available on the day. If you need to check your collection arrangements, call 01253 335060.
