Q. Will you contact me the day before I travel?

A. We will send a courtesy text to the mobile number provided when you make your booking the day before departure or before you arrive in the UK if coming from abroad.

Q. Do you offer pick ups/drop offs at multiple locations?

A. Yes this can be arranged prior to travelling. Please inform us and we will quote accordingly.

Q. Are all vehicles and drivers licensed?

A. Yes. All our vehicles are tested by Fylde Borough Council annually and all our drivers fully licensed by them. Drivers undergo regular medical examinations and are fully DBS checked.

Q. Do you supply car/booster seats?

A. We ask that you provide your own seats for children and we will store them for you until your return journey.

Q. What time should I arrive at the airport?

A. We have provided useful advice here on what time to arrive for your flight.

Q. When do I pay the driver?

A. Please pay the driver in full, once you arrive at the airport or at home, this will confirm your return journey.

Q. What methods of payment are available?

A. Cash is the easiest and preferred method of payment but we also accept bank transfers and credit/debit card payments via a secure card payment terminal. Please note a 3.5% charge is applied to the quoted price if paying with a business credit card.

Q. What happens if my flight back to the UK is delayed?

A. A driver will always be there to collect you whatever the circumstances around your delayed flight. There is no additional cost to a delayed flight. We have live flight tracking apps that give us accurate information about landing/arrival times.

Q. Where do I meet my driver in the airport?

A. We meet and greet all customers inside the terminal arrivals hall. The driver will be holding a sign with your surname on.
